Exclusive File Where Was Sex Lives Of College Girls Filmed

So, Where Was That 'Sex Lives of College Girls' Filmed, Anyway?

Alright, let's dive into this like we're grabbing a coffee with our bestie and they've just told us they've landed a walk-on role in a Netflix show. You know, casual, no big deal. So, we're talking about 'Sex Lives of College Girls', right? Now, where did they film this little gem?

Picture This: A College Town Near You

Imagine you're strolling through your local college town. You've got your Starbucks in hand, you're wearing your 'I Survived Another All-Nighter' t-shirt, and you're thinking, 'Huh, this place looks familiar.' Well, that's because it probably is. The show is set in the fictional Evermore College, but it was filmed in the very real New Haven, Connecticut.

New Haven is home to Yale University, and let's be real, it's the perfect backdrop for a show about college life. Think ivy-covered walls, historic architecture, and enough coffee shops to keep even the most caffeine-addicted student awake for their 8 AM lecture. Sound familiar?

From Dorm Rooms to Dive Bars

Now, let's talk locations. The show's dorm rooms were actually filmed in Yale's own Timothy Dwight College. Can you imagine walking down those hallways and knowing that your favorite characters once lived there? Spooky, right? But in a good way, like when you stay in a hotel room where a famous person once slept.

And what about those dive bars where our girls let loose? Those were filmed in local New Haven hotspots like BAR and The Crown & Goose. You know, the kind of places where the drinks are strong, the music is loud, and the dance moves are... well, let's just say they're 'creative'. Sound like any college bars you've been to?

When Reality Meets Fiction

But here's where it gets interesting. While the show is set in a fictional college, it's not afraid to tackle real issues that college students face. From hookup culture to mental health, 'Sex Lives of College Girls' is more than just a comedy. It's a reflection of college life as it really is.

So, the next time you're walking through your college town, or even just watching the show, take a moment to appreciate the real-life backdrop. It's not just a set; it's a place where stories like ours unfold every day. And isn't that what college is all about?

Now, who's ready for another episode? I'll grab the popcorn.
