Meet Disco Tex, The Man With The Plan

Our fearless leader, Disco Tex, was a man on a mission. Born in the Bronx, he knew the power of a good beat and a catchy tune. He started his band, The Sex O Lettes, in the '70s, and let me tell you, they were more than just a bunch of pretty faces.

With a sound that was equal parts soul, funk, and disco, they were like the musical equivalent of a piña colada - sweet, tropical, and impossible to resist. And their secret weapon? Disco Tex's smooth-as-silk vocals, which could melt the iciest of hearts and get even the most stubborn of feet tapping.

Get Dancin': The Anthem That Started It All

Now, you might be wondering, "What's the song that started all this madness?" Well, let me introduce you to 'Get Dancin'.' Released in 1975, this disco delight is the musical equivalent of a party invitation that you can't resist.

With its infectious beat and Disco Tex's irresistible vocals, it's the kind of song that makes you want to kick off your shoes, crank up the volume, and dance like nobody's watching. And the best part? It's been doing just that for over four decades!
